Brief outline of the game Effie is a 3D action-adventure game that combines classic elements from the genre, such as combat, platforming, and puzzles, with the exploration of an expanded world. Live a unique fantasy adventure and relive the look and feel of old-school video-games. Content specific issues This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like and fantasy characters. Bright lights appear on impact of attacks. All characters feature a health bar which is visible above them. When the health bar has been depleted, the attacking character disappears in a dark cloud. . There are also some minor puzzle sections which involve large circular saw blades, but if the player’s character runs into them there are no visible injuries, similarly when the character falls into a pit full of spikes, there is no impalement or injuries.
