『うたわれるもの：過去と現在、再発見』は、アクアプラスが開発したロールプレイングゲームです。『モノクローム・メビウス：忘れられた正誤』の続編であり、『うたわれるもの：欺瞞の仮面』の物語の前の時代を舞台としています。 物語は、大和へ戻ったオシュトルとその仲間たちを中心に展開し、帝国に新たな事件や怪物の出現が相次ぐようになる。『うたわれるもの』シリーズのメインとなるビジュアルノベルやストラテジー作品とは異なり、本作では『モノクローム・メビウス』と同様のターン制戦闘が採用されている。
