This game features scenes of graphic violence, including a sequence in which a woman is impaled on a spear. She then slides down the weapon towards the ground. There is also sight of mutilated bodies throughout the game. There is also violence against defenceless characters, including a restrained man being hit with the butt of a gun during an interrogation. The game also includes use of strong language ('fuck').
