『キリング・フロア 2』では、プレイヤーはZedの感染が急速に拡大し、もはや止めようのない勢いを見せているヨーロッパへと足を踏み入れます。前作『キリング・フロア』の物語が幕を閉じてからわずか1か月後、クローンは至る所に蔓延し、文明は混乱に陥っています。政府は崩壊し、軍隊も消え去ってしまいました。
