『Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed』は、2006年に発売されたオリジナル作品をリメイクした、オープンワールド・アクションアドベンチャーゲームです。リメイク版『Destroy All Humans!』の続編であり、シリーズ第6作目となります。
本作では、プレイヤーはクリプトとなり、イギリス、ロシア、アメリカなど、世界中の様々な場所を巡ります。目的は、様々なミッションをクリアし、人間の敵を打ち負かすことです。ゲームプレイには多彩な武器や能力が組み込まれており、人間を精神支配したり、高度なエイリアン技術を活用したりといった戦術を用いて、敵を倒すことができます。
