『Ascending Inferno』は、ボールを使ったこの美しく、難易度は高いが公平な2.5D精密プラットフォーマーにおける、あなたの究極の目標です。
主人公のダニを操作して、地獄から脱出するためには、走る、跳ぶ、プラットフォームを駆け抜けるだけでは不十分です。亡き兄ヴィンセントのボール型の魂を、ドリブルしたり、蹴ったり、ヘディングしたりして、一緒に連れて行かなければなりません！
ただ、ボールを落とさないように気をつけてください。地獄の底までは、落ちるのに長い道のりですから……
