Über das Spiel
Drei Jahre nach der Necromorph-Invasion an Bord der USS Ishimura erwacht Isaac Clarke aus dem Koma – verwirrt, desorientiert und auf einer Raumstation namens „The Sprawl“. Gerade als sich sein Gesundheitszustand zu bessern beginnt, wird „The Sprawl“ von noch weiter entwickelten Formen der Alien-Zombie-Hybriden überrannt.
