This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. Bright lights and magical effects appear when characters are struck, with numbers showing the amount of damage that has been inflicted. Characters let out pained grunts and stagger backwards when hit. When they have been defeated, they fall to one knee with no visible injuries. Violence against fantasy characters is similar to the violence against human-like characters. The most notable examples of violence occur in the game's cutscenes. In these, characters are shown being stabbed, clubbed and slashed with various weapons. Reactions to the violence are non-realistic with no blood or injuries shown. As part of the game's storyline, some characters are executed by being thrown from, or forced off, a cliff. However, their bodies are obscured by clouds as they fall and the outcome is never shown. The game also contains infrequent use of bad language ('bloody').
